Legal: The families of the martyrs can sue the farmer after the verdict against him

The legal expert, Tariq Harb, on Thursday, that the families of the martyrs have the right to sue the commander of operations Anbar Mahmoud al-Falahi after the verdict of his right by the competent court.
"The lawsuit against the commander of Anbar operations, Mahmud al-Falahi, who was accused of communicating with the American side, must be issued after a court order has been issued against him," Harb told al-Maalouma.
He added that "the families of the martyrs can file a lawsuit against the farmer and claim compensation, in case the court issued a ruling on his right after confirmation and proved his contact and leaked information to the American side."
"The families of the martyrs can not file a lawsuit against the peasantry at this time," Harb said. "The court has not ruled against him for leaking information about the security units to the CIA. Ending / 25 n
