    Today, Wednesday, the Federal Supreme Court affirmed that violating the constitution in any of its provisions entails personal responsibility for the person responsible.
    The court said in a statement received by (Al-Oula News) that “failure to act on the provisions of the constitution in accordance with any of its provisions arranges the personal responsibility of the one who caused this, and the job position should not be a protector for those who violate the constitution or the law.”
    He added, “Otherwise, the political system in the state will transform from a democratic system, based on the principle of peaceful transfer of power and considering that sovereignty is for the law and the people as the source of authority and its legitimacy, into an authoritarian regime based on authoritarianism, the waste of all rights and freedoms, the waste of the citizen’s dignity, and contrary to all the pillars of the constitutional oath specified under Article (50) of the Constitution.
