    Shafaq News/ On Thursday, the Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Fouad Hussein, briefed his British counterpart, James Cleverly, on the visit of the Sudanese Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia'a, to France, as well as his upcoming visit to Washington, while Cleverly presented a group of "opinions" about the Iraqis entering the country. Britain illegally.



    The Iraqi Foreign Ministry said, in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, that Hussein received a phone call from his British counterpart Cleverly, indicating that during the call they discussed ways to improve bilateral relations between the two countries, and the importance of consultation on issues of common concern.
    According to the statement, the Iraqi minister referred to the visit that Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani is conducting to France, as well as the upcoming visit of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs to Washington at the head of a high-level delegation of political and economic officials, indicating that these visits will discuss bilateral relations and the issue of relations. Economic, currency and future relations between the two countries, political issues in the region as well as in the fields of oil and gas, and stressing the importance of fighting and eliminating ISIS gangs. 
    For his part, the British minister referred to the support provided by his country to the economic reforms of the Iraqi government and the need for their continuation, stressing Britain's support for Iraq in addressing the challenges facing the Iraqi government. 
    The two sides also discussed, according to the statement, the overall situation in the region and its repercussions on the rest of the countries and Iraq, in terms of economy and politics. 
    In another aspect of the call, the British minister spoke about the problem of Iraqis entering Britain illegally, and presented a set of opinions on addressing this issue, according to the statement.
