Shafaq News/ The spokesman for the Kurdistan Regional Government, Jutiar Adel, said, on Sunday, that the discussions in Erbil and Baghdad regarding the draft oil and gas law are witnessing good progress.
This came in a blog he published today on social networking sites "Facebook" in response to what was circulated by local Kurdish media that the federal government had rejected most of the proposals of the regional government's negotiating delegation on drafting the oil and gas law.
