    Our government program is as concerned with the country's future vision as it is dedicated to finding solutions to current problems.
    :large_blue_diamond: Our government is continuing to adopt and implement a long-term strategic development plan, aimed at providing everything necessary to secure a decent life for all Iraqis.
    :large_blue_diamond: Tremendous changes and challenges require changing the methods and methods used to confront them, while preserving the authentic values ​​and principles of our society.
    :large_blue_diamond: Here, the issue of (leadership culture) emerges, which deserves attention and work on, to create a society that adheres to science and work, by keeping pace with technological developments, with the youth group being the main actor in all of this.
    :large_blue_diamond: Our vision includes investing all the body of the state, all government systems, and institutional centers, in all governorates of Iraq. At the forefront of these institutions are ministries; Higher education, education, labor and social affairs, youth and sports.
    :large_blue_diamond: We are facing a general trend to create community leadership, through self-employment and building decent and necessary job opportunities.
    :large_blue_diamond: We seek to develop technical education and vocational training systems, educational cadres and students alike.
    :large_blue_diamond: In cooperation with friends and benefiting from international experiences that are commensurate with the culture of the Iraqi system, we have prepared an important development initiative whose stations begin with electronic application, training, financing and follow-up.
    :large_blue_diamond: I thank all the national parties supporting the initiative, our international partners, and especially our friends in the Kingdom of Norway and its embassy in Iraq for supporting the Norwegian experience, which made for us the basis for a successful Iraqi program.
    :large_blue_diamond: Our thanks to the members of the initiative team and all its workers from senior departments, supervision, trainers and followers.
    :large_blue_diamond: Today we announce the launch of an initiative in all governorates of Iraq, in universities, technical colleges, technical institutes, vocational preparatory schools, vocational training centers, youth centers and business incubators, for ages between 16-50 years, that is, wherever young people are, to embrace, develop and nurture all scientific and practical productive ideas.
    🔷 We will work with two axes:
    The first axis: is to start with the capabilities and competencies available for training in the first year, reaching approximately 100,000 participants, women and men. As follows: (in 20 youth forums out of 50).
    :large_blue_diamond: And in (34 vocational training centers) and in (15 business incubators) and in (54 vocational preparatory schools out of 334) and in (75 university rehabilitation and employment divisions out of 383).
    :large_blue_diamond: We promise to reach the furthest Iraqi who is trying to search for a real and decent opportunity.
    :large_blue_diamond: The second axis is to qualify more than a thousand (training leaders) in universities and vocational preparatory schools to make them a place for leadership, and the numbers will double in the coming years, and we will spare no effort to achieve this.
    :large_blue_diamond: We will try to make school seats in Iraq the solution and the path towards community leadership.
    :large_blue_diamond: We will support this with decisions and work in order to provide service and industrial cities to provide an opportunity for all productive, creative and innovative youth to achieve their dream in their homeland, Iraq, through technology, higher organization, and the application of electronic registration.
    :large_blue_diamond: I directed the governors to achieve industrial cities, to be prepared for youth projects.
    :large_blue_diamond: We will be able to put our students and youth on the right path, by embracing their ideas and turning them into productive plans, and by obtaining an intellectual and economic training opportunity.
