[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - Today, Tuesday, the Ministerial Council of Economy directed the facilitation of fuel transfers for investment projects.
And the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement: “Deputy Prime Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein chaired the fourteenth meeting of the Ministerial Council for Economy, in the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Planning, Ministers of Finance and Industry, Governor of the Central Bank, Vice President of the National Investment Commission, Adviser to the Prime Minister for Legal Affairs, and Acting Chairman of the Securities Commission. The council discussed the items on the agenda
and took the appropriate decisions.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs listened to an explanation given by the Vice-President of the National Investment Commission and the Director General of the Administrative Department about the Bismayah project and the obstacles that prevent the continuation of this project.
The Council decided to approach the concerned authorities in order to facilitate the transfer of fuel to investment projects and support those projects with fuel products at subsidized prices, provided that these projects obtain an investment license in accordance with the law.
The council discussed the status of the Iraqi Airways company, hosted by its officials, and demanded the submission of a full five-year plan to develop its business, financial position, revenues, and expenses./ End 7[/rtl]
