Degrees of functional Iraqi Airways pilots as civilians
Confirmed that Iraqi Airways pilots need to, to set out that there will be justice selected from all provinces and competent and equal opportunities among all Iraqi citizens, so we decided as follows:
1. dispatch (328) citizen to Oxford Aviation Academy in Britain, in the form of meals (40) delegates per meal.
2. numbers above are selected from all provinces to be the share of each province, the number of the members of the House of Representatives.
3 is the introduction across the Governors of all provinces and across the Ministry's website and the website of the Iraqi Airways.

The introduction begins with effect from 10.15.2014 until 01.12.2014.
