    Today, Tuesday, the Parliamentary Oil and Gas Committee revealed that the Kurdistan Region continues to export oil through the Turkish port of Ceyhan, despite winning the decision to stop exports from the International Court of Paris, while confirming that no agreement has been reached to approve the oil and gas law yet.

    Committee member Intisar Al-Jazairy said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “There are many problems that hinder the passage of the oil and gas law despite the many meetings that were held during the previous period,” noting that “the oil and gas law has not reached the House of Representatives yet.” ". 
    She continued, "The joint committees of the Ministry of Oil and the Parliamentary Committee will not leave the oil file without finding final solutions to it and approving the oil and gas law in the House of Representatives." 
    A member of the Oil and Gas Committee concluded her speech by saying: “There are many outstanding files with the Kurdistan Regional Government, not just the oil export file,” pointing out that “the Kurdistan Region continues to export oil through the Turkish port of Ceyhan, despite obtaining the decision to stop the export from the Paris court.” International". 
    The Kurdistan Regional Government seized oil export revenues in agreement with international extraction and export companies, as well as hidden agreements with Ankara in order to smuggle oil and sell it to unknown parties at prices lower than international oil prices. Ended 25/J
