A government statement said that in the beginning of the meeting, the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, spoke about the recent visit by the delegation to Baghdad and his talks with Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and the federal government, stressing that he has to address the misunderstandings that existed about the agreement between the two sides, and it turns out that the province Kurdistan is committed to the agreement as stated in the budget law.
He added: "We suggested calculating the export of the Kurdistan Region oil ratio every 3 months, because he is not permitted to calculate the percentage every day."
The head of the Kurdistan Regional Government, if the federal government committed itself to the agreement Vakulaim Kurdistan will abide by them, and said, "We would like the federal government is committed to the agreement so that we also are committed, and we must learn all government institutions that the Kurdistan Region is going through major financial crisis."
He added, "Unfortunately, some parties accuse the Kurdistan Region of failing to honor the agreement without any checking or research on the subject, and this is not true."
