    [size=18]Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ali Mohammed Thunayan Al-Ghanim, expressed his hope to expedite finding appropriate solutions for Kuwaiti property in Iraq, because of the significant impact on the development of the joint investment sector.


    This came on the sidelines of the reception of Iraqi Minister of Trade and Industry Mohammed Al-Ani, with a high-level official delegation, in the presence of the Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of State for Services, Khalid Al-Roudhan, Iraq's Ambassador to Kuwait Alaa Al-Hashemi, the Director-General of the Chamber Rabah Al-Rabah, and the Chamber's Advisor Majed Bader Jamal al-Din.






     
    Al-Ghanim said that "great efforts must be made to increase the volume of trade exchange, by removing any obstacles facing the flow of goods," stressing that "the joint Kuwaiti-Iraqi relations, are complementary and not competitive.
     
    Al-Ghanim expressed his hope that "this meeting will yield positive results reflecting the depth of Kuwaiti-Iraqi relations and the desire of the leaderships of the two countries to cooperate and make efforts to conclude investment partnerships and achieve further development in the two countries."

     
    Al-Ghanim stressed the depth of fraternal relations between the two countries, pointing out that Kuwaiti investments are pioneering in several areas in Iraq, which are rich in investment opportunities.
     
    For his part, Al-Ani stressed the Iraqi government's keenness to overcome all obstacles and difficulties facing the entry of Kuwaiti investors to Iraq, praising the role of the Kuwaiti private sector.
     
    He pointed to "his role in accelerating the strengthening of trade and investment relations between the two countries."

    Chairman of Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry stressed the need to expedite finding appropriate solutions for Kuwaiti property in Iraq, because of its significant impact on the development of the joint investment sector.
    According to reports, Ali Al-Ghanim said that Kuwaiti investments are pioneering in several areas in Iraq, which is full of investment opportunities, and that there are great efforts must be made to increase the volume of trade exchange by removing any obstacles facing the flow of goods, stressing that the joint Kuwaiti-Iraqi relations are complementary It is not competitive.
    Al-Ghanim spoke during a meeting with Iraqi Minister of Trade and Industry Mohammed Al-Ani on Sunday, accompanied by a high-level official delegation, in the presence of Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of State for Services Affairs Khalid Al-Roudhan, and Iraq's Ambassador to Kuwait Alaa Al-Hashemi.
    Al-Ghanim assured the chamber's full support in accordance with its available capabilities, for everything that serves the business sector in both countries.

    For his part, Kuwaiti Trade and Industry Minister Khalid Al-Roudhan expressed optimism about the results of the upcoming visit of the Kuwaiti private sector delegation to Iraq, which will have a significant impact on the result of the volume of Kuwaiti investments in Iraq.
