Third: the first reading of the draft exemption Iraqi and foreign companies implementing investment projects from taxes and fees Law. ( Finance Committee , the Committee on Economy and Investment, Legal Committee ). (Article 11).
Fourth: The second reading of the bill to cancel the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council Resolution Act (959) for the year 1978. ( Commission on Higher Education and Scientific Research , the Legal Committee ). (Article 2).
Fifth: the continuation of the debate for the second reading of the bill on political parties. ( Commission of civil society institutions , the Legal Committee ).
