The number of citizens homes
in Umm Qasr border area within the line of demarcation is planning to
put the Kuwaiti Government and these people were asked to evacuate their
homes two weeks ago.
The UN Security Council issued resolution
No. {833} in 1993 under which the demarcation of the boundary between
Kuwait and Iraq, along about {216} km, the application of resolution
partially under the former regime to carve out large areas of the
territory of Iraq in terms of Safwan and Umm Qasr to Kuwait.Finished
