    between the two countries in accordance with resolution 833, as that
    decision imposed on Iraq under international pressure and in
    extraordinary circumstances.

    In 2005, dozens of residents
    attacked in Safwan and Umm Qasr, a foreign company was the pipeline for
    demarcation of the land boundary, the protests and the attendant night
