    [ltr]Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi said that corruption and wrong decisions in the past and behind the growing economic crisis in the country, noting that the adoption of the principle of monopoly in the dictators Antjeh economy in the political, such as Saddam Hussein and the other pointing out that there is a conflict between the state as owner of the land, the economy and the society, who is the Iraqi economy.[/ltr]

    [ltr]He explained that "workers in the oil sector, the proportion of employees not exceeding 2%." Noting that "the financial crisis came because of corruption and decisions is the right as well as the absence of oil and gas law, which has caused a gap between the federal government and the provinces, as well as between Baghdad and Erbil."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He continued that "the state granted huge salaries to some employees even though they Ayamlon for only 20 minutes a day and without doubt that the administrative system in the Iraqi state flabby and produces staff are lazy."[/ltr]
