In the beginning extend my sincere thanks to the United Nations Development Programme for sponsoring, organizing this event is important, historical and which we hope will be a gate effective hope for the success of the project, community reconciliation and promote coexistence and social cohesion and support for civil peace in Iraq, where he became a much actual initiate practical steps for community reconciliation and that remained throughout the last period under discussion, dialogue and ripening the proposal, has the time has come to move from theory to application circle the field, so that all the success of this project kits attended, or soon, and the first of the need for urgent and imperative need him.
