[ltr]He confirmed the MP for parliamentary reform front Nahla Alhbabi, Wednesday, that Sunday's session of the House of Representatives are dead before they are born, indicating that al-Jubouri does not have a sufficient number of members to complete the quorum and the meeting was held.[/ltr]
