[ltr]Accuse the council in Basra on Saturday, the federal government not to allow the local government to maintain the reduction of corruption in the ports.[/ltr]
[ltr]He said council member Ahmed al-Sulaiti, L / balance News /, "The ports are not subject to the authority of the local government, but the federal authority, and that the organization of cross-border trade of powers."[/ltr]
[ltr]He Sulaiti, that "the federal government does not open the way for local government to intervene status of border crossings in general, including the ports fully," noting, "We are familiar with having a lot of problems in it."[/ltr]
