{International: Euphrates News} did not rule out the Russian energy minister, Alexander Novak, the prospect of falling oil prices next winter, because of the mysterious oil market situation.
In an interview with Russian, published on Thursday, Novak said , "It is difficult topredict supply in the market due to emergency matters that may occur. Likelihood oflower oil prices remains generally."
With respect to the balance of the market, the Russian minister maintained its forecast for oil market stability in 2017, said: "We used to say before that thebalance between supply and demand will be achieved only in 2017, and we aresticking to these expectations. overall, we expect increased demand at a rate ofbetween 1.1 to 1.3 million barrels per day compared with the year 2016".
these figures correspond to a previous forecast of the international energy Agency, which said the global demand for oil will grow, by 1.2 million barrels per day in 2017.
in the meantime, excess supply is still in the oil market pressure on the oil price, but the agreement between Russia and Saudi Arabia to cooperate in order to stabilize crude market contributed to the rise of oil prices to the highest level in a week during trading on Monday.
it will discuss the members of the Organization "OPEC" producers countries independents, like Russia, to install the production level in the informal talks in Algeria, between 26 and September 28 / September .
