He parliamentary legal committee member Salim Chawki, on Tuesday, he did not have the right to veto the House of Representatives on the Federal Court's decision to return the Vice President to hold office for a fact that the Court's decisions are binding on the three presidencies.
Shawki In an interview with "direction Press," said the parliament will ask the Prime Minister to send a draft amendment to the Law of the Vice President of the Republic, according to the Constitution, noting that through this law could be introduced only one deputy to the President and thus avoid legal irregularities.
He added that there was a need for a vice president for the exercise of the powers in the absence of the president and could be reduced if the allocations were selected only one deputy.
