    BAGHDAD - A Journal

The committee member said Salim Chawki in a statement received (Il Giornale) a copy of it, he was "not entitled to object to the House of Representatives on the Federal Court's decision to return the Vice President of the Republic to their office, the fact that the Court's decisions are binding on the three presidencies."
"The parliament will ask the Prime Minister to send a draft amendment to the Law of the Vice President of the Republic, according to the Constitution," adding that "through this law could be introduced only one deputy to the President and thus avoid legal violations."
Shawki pointed to "the need for a vice president for the exercise of the powers in the absence of the president," stressing that "the possibility of reducing the allocations if the deputies were selected only one" .anthy 3
