Based on what passed the House of Representatives and approved by the President of the Republic and based on the provisions of item (i) of Article (61) and item (iii) of Article (73) of the Constitution:
Issued the following law:
No. () for the year 2013
Law
Disengagement Mesopotamia Printing House of the Central Bank of Iraq
And attached to the Ministry of Education
Article 1 - FAFSA link Mesopotamia Printing House of the Central Bank of Iraq and attached to the Ministry of Education in all its rights and obligations, assets and employees.
Article -2 - The decision of the Revolutionary Command Council (defunct) (2) 03/01/1996
Article 3 - to the Minister of Education to issue instructions to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of this law.
Article 4 - This law shall be from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
The reasons
For the purpose of disengagement Mesopotamia Printing House of the Central Bank of Iraq and linked to the Ministry of Education.
Initiated this law.
