The Presidency of the Republic
Based on what was passed by Congress and ratified by the President of the Republic according to the provisions of item (I) of article (61) and item (iii) of article 73 of the Constitution:
Issued the following law:
No. () for 2013

Dar al-nahrain disengagement from Central Bank of Iraq
And attached to the Ministry of education
Article 1-decoding link nahrain printing house of the Iraqi Central Bank and the Ministry of education in all its rights and obligations, its assets and personnel.
Article 2-repealed Revolution Command Council Decree (electrolyte) number (2) on 3/1/1996
Article 3-the Minister of Education issued instructions to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of this law.
Article-4. this law shall from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Rationale
For the purpose of disengaging Dar rivers from Central Bank of Iraq and linked to the Ministry of education.
This Act was initiated.
