The Yemeni army announced on Friday morning the killing of 30 members of the Iranian Houthi terrorist organizations in battles in the northern province of Saada.
According to the website "September Net" of the army, the commander of the axis of Saada Brigadier, Obeid al-Athla.
He said his forces "managed to regain full control of the valley of the Atefin and a number of highlands surrounding it," in the Atafin district of "Kataf and patches" of the province of Saada.
"At least 30 al-Houthi militias were killed during the fighting, while the army recovered a quantity of heavy and medium weapons with the militia."
He pointed out that the "Arab fighter jets destroyed several combat mechanisms with reinforcements of the Houthi militia was coming from the center of the Directorate of Kataf."
In turn, the head of operations, "Brigade 143 Infantry," Colonel Massad Sayadi, according to the same location, "the army forces cut off the supply of militia leading to a number of positions in the Directorate of Kataf."
