    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Iraqi Parliament decided to keep the Parliament session of Monday open till endorsing the budget.
    Parliamentary source reported to Iraqi News on Monday “The Parliament decided to keep the session of Monday till making the necessary amendments on the federal budget 0f 2013 and endorsing it.”

    The
    Presidency called on the House of representatives on Monday and
    parliamentary committees and members to continue discussions until the
    adoption of the General State budget for 2013.

    According to a
    statement by the Presidency of the Chamber of Deputies received all Iraq
    [in] on "still great differences among the parliamentary blocs over the
    adoption of the federal budget for 2013 despite efforts made by the
    Commission led by the House of representatives to narrow the differences
    and agree on a formula acceptable to meet the demands and aspirations
    of the people for dignified life."

    "Given the importance of this
    subject call blocks and parliamentary committees and members of the
    House of representatives debates and dialogues to continue non-stop
    until the adoption of the budget.

    "The Board committees will
    continue to pursue its work and this requires the attendance of the
    members at the daily record attendance and timesheets in the
    headquarters of the committees until the adoption of the final budget, a
    special session will be held for this purpose.

    Alnwabkd Council
    postponed its regular day and kept it open until the final version and
    amendments to the draft State budget law for the year 2013.

    And still continuing controversy about several points on balancing blocks, most notably the Kurdistan share

    The Committee Member said shorsh Mustafa said all Iraq [in] "we rule out that pass the budget tomorrow because the problems between the blocks have not been resolved within the Finance Committee at its meeting today, although it ended all its legally enter the proposals and demands of Deputies, parliamentary committees and the blocks as a proposal or a new article of the budget law, but controversial points are left to the meeting for the access compatibility."

    "Many budget constraints but most notably Kurdistan Alliance claim payments to oil companies operating in the region, amounting to 4.2 trillion dinars, and then check the oil exports from the region, but the Federal Government and National Alliance insisted that there must be verification of the Office of financial supervision in the Governments of the region and the Centre for exports from Kurdistan, and install the amount of oil produced its 250,000 barrels per day before the payment, not agreed so far between the two sides."

    He said the Kurdish bloc MP change "and the other thing, there is a request signed by 120 lawmakers to reduce the share of Kurdistan federal budget from 17% to 13% in the Kurdistan Alliance and the Kurdish blocs is determined to be the territory's share of 17% and remain as previous budgets for the General Census of the population, without this we believe that reducing the punishment for the people of Kurdistan is not for territorial Government alone."

    Scheduled to house the regular meeting Monday to vote on a budget bill for the year amid expectations of Parliament difficult approval or even included in the agenda of the political blocs had not agreed yet on a final version. I ended up 2.

    Hope they get this done. Budget would be great but not sure if this will be first opened and used. Seems always supplemental budgets.
