    Abdullah stressed the need for Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to immediately instruct all ministries and executive institutions concerned to form support teams and send them immediately to the affected areas, and send committees to assess the damage in order to compensate those affected by the floods, "noting that" the majority of affected people And their history attests to their struggle against the former regime and sacrifices when they worked in the ranks of the rebels and Peshmerga, and that is why they tasted the various types of suffering and persecution because of their national positions that reject injustice. "
    Abdullah stressed on the need to focus on the humanitarian aspect of the Mahdi and to realize the magnitude of the suffering of the citizens of the region in this exceptional circumstance, and to be with them heart and mold and provide them with a helping hand, and acting out of being prime minister for all provinces and not only the provinces that are outside the region , And therefore must see himself close to the citizens in the region and avoid repeating the mistakes of previous governments that ignored their suffering.
