The MP from the Kurdistan Islamic Group, Ahmed Hama, that some MPs submitted to the government request to amend the budget and include new degrees of employment on some state institutions within the budget in 2019.
He added, "It is impossible to implement the government this request because it suffers from a significant functional slack in addition to to the limited financial state revenues.
He noted that the development of functional grades requires extra money and this is not possible in the current circumstances.
