    The House of Representatives holds its regular session on Thursday to discuss and vote on a number of important issues.
    The Presidency of the Council of Representatives, the first reading paragraph of the draft federal budget law for the year 2019 on the agenda of the session of the parliament to be held on Thursday.
    The agenda also included "the constitutional oath of ministers (higher education, scientific research, culture, tourism, archeology and planning), and consideration of the appeals filed on the health of some members of parliament."
    It also includes "the completion of the vote on the amendment of the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives, and put up a general topic for discussion in the presence of the Minister of Electricity Loay Khatib to discuss the program of the Ministry for 2019.
    The session is scheduled to begin at 1 pm.

    "The Iraqi Council of Representatives to add a paragraph of the federal budget for the next fiscal year on its agenda for the meeting scheduled to be held Thursday noon.

    The Council decided in paragraph V to submit the first reading of the budget according to the agenda below.

    The Council added this paragraph this morning.
