Deputy: Dissolution of the Nineveh Council at the moment is illegal and illegal

The MP of the Fatah Alliance Haneen al-Qaddu, Friday, that the presence of the Ninewa provincial council at the moment is unconstitutional, illegal and illegitimate.
"The Nineveh is living in a state of political conflict turned into the corridors of the House of Representatives between the parties wishing to resolve the provincial council and other rejecting."
He explained that "the existence of the Nineveh Provincial Council is currently unconstitutional, legal or legitimate on the grounds that it has been more than six years and the law talked about four years only."
He called on al-Qadu to "expand the powers of the crisis cell to act with the powers of the governor or to search for other mechanisms to fill the void in them until the next elections."
