"I ask the prosecution and the Iraqi judiciary to issue a travel ban for any minister or official and not to allow him to use his other nationality to leave the country at this particular time," Nasif said in a tweet via Twitter.
The Prime Minister, Adel Abdul Mahdi, on Friday, announced his intention to submit an official letter to the House of Representatives, during which he resigns from the premiership.
Abdul Mahdi, in a statement to his media office, that he decided to resign to avoid the slide of Iraq in the cycle of violence and chaos, calling on the House of Representatives to reconsider its options.
