The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs announced, on Saturday, the date for the start of full-time salaries, while it decided to postpone the payment of loans for small projects for a period of three months, taking into account the conditions in the country.
And the Minister of Labor, Basem Abd Al-Zaman, said, "The Ministry has set the dates for the distribution of full-time appointments of salaries no later than tomorrow, Sunday, through the outlets and mechanisms approved in Baghdad and the provinces."
On the other hand, Abd al-Zaman stated that "the ministry decided to postpone the payment of the small loans granted to the beneficiaries for a period of 3 months due to their living conditions and the conditions that Iraq is going through in conjunction with the Corona crisis."
He pointed out that "the ministry submitted a proposal to the Council of Ministers to allocate a sum of money to distribute it among the groups affected by the curfew," noting that "discussions are continuing with the advanced owners of the ministry in order to confront the economic consequences resulting from the Corona epidemic and the imposed curfew."
