Shafaq News/ On Sunday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, called on his supporters to head towards the city of Karbala to commemorate the fortieth visit of Imam Hussein, while urging them to stay away from any factional, military, partisan or sectarian slogans, and renewed his demand to remove his military wing, "Saraya al-Salam", And the popular crowd for any security work during this visit.
This came in a long tweet posted on social networking sites "Twitter" at dawn today.
Al-Sadr stressed never to raise "photos of martyrs or anyone else, and not to wear shrouds or any outfit that distinguishes them from other visitors at all, especially the military uniform."
He also stressed the need to "adhere to the highest levels of patience, wisdom and morals," noting that "anyone who disobeys instructions from any party, the security forces must cooperate with him firmly and without complacency, as he is an intruder and hates the Husseini rituals."
Al-Sadr considered, "Attortion of accusations against others and describing them as Baathist, terrorist, militia or other descriptions during this visit is forbidden, but rather it is forbidden and trembling."
The leader of the Sadrist movement pointed out that "aggression against foreign (non-Iraqi) visitors, especially (Iranian brothers) by hand, tongue, leaflets, or in any way whatsoever is abhorrent, ugly and forbidden. Rather, it is forbidden and contrary to all norms."
And he cautioned against the prohibition of carrying weapons of all kinds and its sanctity during the visit, saying: Whoever violates this, his order is entrusted to the security authorities.
Al-Sadr renewed his demand to "remove the PMF formations and the Peace Brigades from holding the territory or the controls or carrying out any security work this year," adding that "this is a necessary matter whose consequences may not be dire if that is done."
He continued by saying that "everyone who violates (these instructions), we are innocent of him and he does not belong to us, neither from near nor from afar, and he has no one to blame but himself."
