Today, Monday, an Iraqi parliamentarian announced that it had built a “washer” for the dead of Iraqis.
Representative Alia Nassif said, on her Facebook page, "We wish the continuity of life for all our Iraqi people, but this is the year of life, we are all mortal."
And she indicated that "the construction of the wash-basin building (Noor Al-Hussein) has been completed," stressing that "it is close to its opening."
The deputy’s initiative received mixed reactions from followers through her official account, between welcoming and rejecting, and cynical and angry, as one of them saw the need for initiatives to be for the living before the dead, while others compared the initiative to similar initiatives of local officials, including “opening a cemetery” in Najaf, at the time it was counted. Others "facilitate an order".
