A source in the Iraqi government confirmed, today, Saturday, that Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani will withdraw from the Cairo summit if any Zionist figure is present.
The source who accompanies the Sudanese at the Cairo summit said, during a televised statement followed by “Al-Ma’louma”: “There is information that indicated the possibility of the presence of an Israeli figure who might attend the Cairo summit, so Iraq decided to leave the summit if any Zionist figure from the entity attended.”
Before his visit, Al-Sudani confirmed that Iraq categorically rejected the Palestinian issue being transformed from an issue of land and people into a crisis of displacement and humanitarian aid. End 25
