Experts in political affairs praised the Sudanese government’s steady progress on the projects’ achievements and the record duration set for them from the beginning, considering it a positive step that reflects the credibility of what is included under the government program to provide services to citizens and break the barrier of mistrust between the executive authority and citizens.
Political analyst Omar Al-Nasser stated in an interview with Al-Sabah that the record time achieved by the Egyptian company SAMCO, which implemented the Faeq Hassan Bridge near the Academy of Fine Arts, which consists of 8 supports; It reflects the extent of the positive aspects of direct contracting with reputable international companies in order to cut off extortion, nepotism, and corruption, which contributed to the implementation and completion of this project within the standard time period scheduled since it was planned and started approximately three months or more ago.

Which came in the Sudanese curriculum before the formation of the government.”
He added, "If we take the issue from a realistic and objective perspective, then these companies are, in reality, not more quality, efficient, and discreet than local companies, as some think, if they have the factors and elements of integrity and the exclusion of political influences, accountability, and oversight. However, extortion, corruption, and theft of state funds have occurred since 2003." The presence of some restrictions, pressures and internal factors caused a disruption in the reconstruction and building of important service and vital facilities in Iraq.” For his part, political analyst Ali Al-Baidar pointed out, in an interview with Al-Sabah, that “implementing projects in a specified record time is an important point for restoring bridges of trust between the decision-maker and citizens in providing services, and absorbing the societal resentment left behind by successive governments with promises that were nothing but.” "Ink on paper."
He noted that “the Sudanese government has made a clear difference over previous years in providing the fastest and best services to citizens,” and pointed out that “these achievements may encounter difficulties, perhaps due to bureaucratic procedures, in addition to the difficulty of planning and partisan and even administrative obstacles, so the current government is supposed to New instructions and provisions will be issued to complete the remaining lagging projects. Parliament may even enact laws related to the necessity of completing many projects, and the experience of completing the Fine Arts Bridge may be transferred to the governorates that suffer from a lack of services and lag in completion.”
He stressed that "these steps are taken into account by the Sudanese government and the Minister of Housing, Reconstruction and Municipalities, who are managing the reconstruction wheel at the current stage."
