    Director of the Relations and Media Department at the Ministry of Interior, Khaled Al-Muhanna, said that dozens of violators of the Central Bank’s instructions were arrested from banking, tourism and travel offices. Al-Muhanna explained that these campaigns are taking place throughout the country, not in Baghdad alone, and that there are campaigns parallel to this campaign, such as awareness and education through the police and organized crime.[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Muhanna pointed out that there is cooperation from citizens, hotlines, and their agents and intelligence sources, and that information reaches them on a daily basis through investigation and inspection. He stressed that he wants there to be a voluntary commitment, in addition to the existence of laws and instructions that hold violators of this policy accountable and punished, while seeking to enhance the value of the Iraqi dinar.[/size]
    [size=45]Regarding the handing over of the security file to the provincial police instead of the army, Al-Muhanna explained that this procedure has succeeded in several governorates, and it is expected that the security file will be handed over in all governorates in the coming years, with the exception of Baghdad, Kirkuk, and Basra, in which the handing over of the security file has been postponed.[/size]
