Today, Monday, the Governor of Baghdad, Abdul Muttalib Al-Alawi, determined the completion rate of the Nahrawan Water Project, while announcing the imminent inclusion of 20 projects in the city.
Al-Alawi said: “The city of Al-Nahrawan is of great importance and is about to establish one of the largest residential cities in Iraq, which is the city of Ali Al-Wardi, which puts it on the map of interest to have a priority in meeting its needs and the demands of its people.”
He added, "The total number of projects that will be included in the city of Nahrawan during the current year amounts to 20 projects, and all of them serve to meet the needs of the people of the region."
He explained, "There are projects whose completion rates have reached advanced stages, and will be opened soon, including the Nahrawan Water Project, implemented by the Ministry of Construction and Housing within the government curriculum, and the completion rate in it has reached 92 percent."
He pointed out that "the project will contribute to solving a problem that citizens in that city have suffered from for many years."
