[rtl]The Ministry of Transport announced today, Thursday, the imminent adoption of the POS electronic payment system on buses.[/rtl]
[rtl]The Director General of the General Company for Transporting Passengers and Delegations in the Ministry, Karim Kazem Hussein, said in an interview followed by Al-Iqtisad News: “The company continues to open lines successively within the mass transportation project.”[/rtl]
[rtl]Hussein added, "The size of the bus is large and is equivalent to 10 Kia vehicles, especially when the double-decker buses enter in succession, which will absorb the momentum of the cars," noting that "the buses are modern, contain cooling systems, and are committed to payment pricing."[/rtl]
[rtl]He stressed that "the payment mechanism will be within the POS electronic payment system within the next few days."[/rtl]
