Cost of the Energy Committee in the Council of Ministers, on Tuesday, the oil ministry to issue instructions to open the door for investment in the oil sector, as agreed with the exceptions required of an Iranian company regarding the import of gas for the benefit of the Ministry of Electricity.
The Deputy Prime Minister said Bahaa al-Araji in a statement issued today, on the sidelines of presiding over the eighth meeting of the Energy Committee in the Council of Ministers received Alsumaria News a copy of it, that "the Commission has decided to take over the Ministry of Environment and the drafting of a paper organization operations policies (recycling) with instructions, that It includes various implementation alternatives, whether through investment or through the state budget and submitted to the Committee on Energy. "
Araji said that "the Commission also decided to entrust the Oil Ministry to issue instructions to open the door for investment in this sector that is not a production capacity of less than 50 thousand barrels per day and to facilitating the procedures that enable the investor to complete the project easily, with committing an investor using high technology to ensure the best production species ".
He continued that "the Commission took note of the letter by the Ministry of Industry and Minerals / Commission petrochemical and fertilizer industries in Iraq, and decided to demand from the oil ministry to overcome the difficulties and to identify the gas sale price of the investment companies as soon as possible."
"The Committee reviewed the book and the Ministry of Electricity regarding the import of Iranian gas, and agreed to exceptions required the company to the National Iranian Gas Export Company".
It is said that al-Araji chairs the Committee on Energy Affairs in the Council of Ministers and with a membership of both the ministers of oil, electricity, higher education, water resources and the environment.
