He noted that " the Council reshuffled his schedule to include a vote on the draft ratification of the establishment of the trade ministerial council between theGovernment of the Republic of Iraq and the Convention on the Law Government of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and the vote on the draft law onratification of economic and technical cooperation between Iraq and Kuwait Convention on the Law. "
