    Signed by Foreign Minister Ibrahim al - Jaafari, on Wednesday, with his South Korean counterpart Byung - Se, a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the exchange of expertise and training of diplomatic personnel between the two countries. 
    Arrived and Foreign Minister Ibrahim al - Jaafari, to the South Korean capital of Seoul, on Monday, met with the Prime Minister of South Korea 's Hwang Kyu in Ann, also met with Kim Ann imminent head of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). 
    A statement from the Foreign Ministry, received (range) copy of it, "Foreign Minister Ibrahim al - Jaafari met, Lyon Bionj- Seah South Korea's foreign minister in the capital , Seoul, and discussed with him bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them to serve the interest of both countries, and the whole situation security and political victories and Iraqis in their war against terrorism. " 
    The statement quoted al - Jaafari as saying that "Iraq is seeking to build long - term strategic partnership with South Korea, and welcomes the entry of Korean companies to invest , " calling on the South Korean side to "lift the ban on the travel of its citizens to Iraq, and to increase the number of fellowships for Iraqi students in the South Korean universities." 
    Jaafari stressed " the importance of the Iraqi Joint Commission - South Korea will resume its work this year, and motivate Korean companies to invest in Iraq." The face - Jaafari South Korean counterpart for the invitation " to visit Iraq in the framework of strengthening relations between the two countries." 
    For his part, Yun Byung-Se said that "Iraq is the most important for us in the region , the state, and our goal to strengthen relations between our two countries, and to provide more support and support for Iraq in the fight against terrorism, and achieve greater economic cooperation." Added Korean minister "ready to be a partner and a friend of Iraq , to help him get out of this ordeal , because we understand the difficult conditions experienced by the Iraqi people as a result of the war against terrorism." 
    He stressed Pyongyang - Sieh "We have a strong will to participate in the rebuilding of Iraq and contribute to the return of displaced people to areas of their residence and support the security and stability of Iraq , " explaining that "South Korea 's aid is not limited to government agencies only, but there are South Korean companies providing assistance in health, education and training for government staff areas and supports investment between the two countries through the establishment of a large service projects is a project Basmajh residential and refinery in Karbala and the Iraqi Korean hospital in Baghdad.
