    It suggested to the parliamentary committee on health and the environment, the possibility of passing health insurance law during the current legislative term, while the promised vote on the law to ensure the rights of citizens and believes the health service for them.
    A member of the Health and Environment Committee in the House of Representatives Hassan Khalati in an interview (range Press), "The health security of important laws to be discussed in parliament, which guarantees citizens' rights law and believes in a good health service to the citizens," noting that "the House of Representatives is keen to pass a law health insurance during the current legislative term. "
    He Khalati, that "the law emphasizes the need to be in solidarity responsibility between the state and the individual," he said, adding, that "simple deductions that will be deducted from the salaries will be placed in a special fund on behalf of the Health Insurance Fund."
    Khalati He continued, "The health service is to be provided to the citizen would be high quality close to the civil hospital service."
    The Ministry of Health and Environment has promised, on Wednesday (9 November 2016), the Cabinet endorsement of the Health Insurance Law "fruits" of the ministerial program, and as pointed out that the citizen will receive a "free, efficient services," the contribution of the law to the advancement and upgrading the quality of services confirmed health.
    The health sector is suffering in Iraq, a number of problems, particularly the lack of human resources, as a result of the migration of specialists doctors, lack of funding and poor equipment, which some people are forced to resort to civil hospitals or to travel outside Iraq.
