He stressed the legal Tariq Harb, Sunday, that the Baghdad government has the right to dismiss the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, and the appointment of another his job.
He said the war in a statement / information /, "Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has the legal right to dismiss the President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, being the owner of the highest executive office in the state and its decisions apply to the provinces and territories."
He added that "Article 78 of the Constitution, which stipulates that the prime minister is the direct executive responsible to the public policy of the state, which includes the provinces and the region and therefore is entitled to dismissal of Barzani."
