Legal Expert: Parliament can dismiss the president and his two deputies absolute majority of the members of the Board
09/02/13.. BAGHDAD (Independent) .. legal expert said Ahmed Abbadi that the House of Representatives can dismiss the head of the House of Representatives and his deputies by an absolute majority of the members of the Council.
He Abadi that Article VII, item II of the Constitution stipulates that the House of Representatives elected president, and then a first deputy and second deputy absolute majority of its members elected by direct secret Accordingly, Article 12, paragraph again that he is entitled to the House of Representatives dismissal of any member of the Presidency in accordance with law, this article did not specify how the dismissal of the members of the Presidency.
He can build on that the House of Representatives dismissal of the president and two vice presidents by an absolute majority of the members of the Council.
