    The local government of the capital Baghdad , looking for other ways to cope with the deterioration of services in their areas, which are caused by the financial crisis. After that was the past years the budget allocates one billion dinars per month for the service side of the capital, but officials contend Baghdadis reduced this amount to 100 million dinars only, at a rate of 90%. And began the Baghdad Provincial Council, recently, to study converting file services to the private sector to compensate for the lack of financial allocations in the current fiscal year.

    He urged the Commission services the parliamentary secretariat of Baghdad to promote the reality service in the capital.

    He said a member of the Commission services by saying , "Today what was allocated to the secretariat of Baghdad sums of money did not reach her to this moment, and the Secretariat relies on its own revenue. Unfortunately, the citizen was not cooperating with the Secretariat in terms of rents property and real estate by the Secretariat up to each of 300,000 a year." 
    He said the local official said that " the Secretariat needs to rehabilitate its holdings of the buildings to be able to take advantage of them and displayed for rent in order to have a continuous resource , along with the budget allocations." 
    Ali Jassim and saw that " the solution to this crisis is to refer the service side of the private sector. Today , the citizen does not pay for what it gets from the services." He noted a member of the Services Committee in the House of Baghdad that "all indications are that 2017 will be a difficult year on the Baghdadis to the lack of allocations so far to the secretariat of Baghdad."

    He revealed a spokesman for the secretariat of the capital for the formation of special committees to re - evaluate the property of the Secretariat and the rents for these properties in order to fit with the current economic situation, saying that "such a move would supplement the Secretariat good sums of money." Abdul Zahra said that "dealing with the private sector and investment is important and the Secretariat dealt with him, but because of the lack of private financial benefits these companies were to stop working with them at the present time."

    And see a member of the House of Representatives that "investment in the service side should be within the administrative and financial controls and oversight and should not be random and loose." , However , saying that "these controls serve the citizen it is OK to work out."
