    Said Planning Minister that a census in the current parliamentary session is not possible given the political conditions where many differences and intersections.

    He described Ali Shukri conduct the census as "a very complex matter."
    On the other hand, Shukri and denied the existence of any political pressure on his way to stop lagging projects, noting in this regard that his ministry listed 487 local companies and 80 foreign companies to the blacklist.

    He stressed that "the ministry is working on anti-corruption and trying to deal with project delays by punishing companies that linger in the implementation of projects."

    The minister said that "the political circumstances will not allow the census during this session as a result of the existence of problems regarding the disputed areas and the administrative border of the provinces and otherwise in the inclusion field and doctrine in the national census form."

    "They did not offer any proposed form on the census and this file moved to the political blocs," describing the lack of a census as "bad thing that hurts the level of economic development."

    Regarding the reluctance of enterprises said that "his ministry listed 487 local companies and 80 foreign companies and suspended the work of 510 for non-completion of legal proceedings."

    And on his efforts in the fight against corruption in the ministry said it was "investigating now file reconstruction building ministry as it exchange them approximately 64 billion dinars, while showing that cost real not exceed 4 billion dinars."     And examination of imported goods, said "The ministry is in the process of opening of examination centers for goods in Basra, Dhi Qar, Anbar, the value of each one billion dinars is equipped with the latest testing of devices."
    Shukri concluded his speech by saying "we will end with the three companies viewfinder during the next six months."
