Abadi: You can not hold the referendum in Kirkuk
Twilight News Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi / said on Tuesday that he could not hold a referendum on joining the governor of Kirkuk to the Kurdistan Region or not with the presence of "usurped" areas by organizing Daesh and displaced people in the province itself.
Abadi said in the weekly conference that "we stand at the same distance from all components in Kirkuk," pointing out that "we hope to resolve all matters relating to the disputed areas in cooperation and dialogue."
