    Any business that wants to hire people needs to go through certain processes, including getting social security set up and anything of that nature. There is going to be an additional step that is going to make sure illegal immigrants are not hired.
    According to the President of the E-Verify Employer Agent Alliance David Fowler said that E-Verify “is coming.” This is due to the combined expansion efforts by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and President Donald Trump.
    Fowler said to GCN, “Mandatory E-Verify appears to be something that is coming. With the new administration in, I think they’re going to push for this.”
    E-Verify is a hiring tool that has employers filling out I-9 forms for employees to make sure they’re legal and able to work in the United States.
    Some states already mandate this hiring tool, and the results are amazing.

    Illegals Are Opposed To This System Because They Won’t Be Able To Take Jobs Anymore!

    According to a study by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), states that have E-Verify already mandated found fewer jobless Americans.
    The study states, “… E-Verify plays a critical role in alleviating unfair competition against unauthorized workers; and states utilizing the program are experiencing positive job growth that outpaces national averages in the majority of cases.”
    There are a tremendous amount of people entering the job market every year. The U.S. job market sees about four million young Americans enter, on top of one million legal immigrants, and 11-30 million illegals living in the country. In other words, there is a lot of competition from people that shouldn’t be here in the first place.
    That could be changing soon as USCIS Chief Information Officer Mark Schwartz said last month that the agency is “streamlining the [E-Verify] process and making it capable of scaling if we bring more employers.”
    President Trump has also said he would enforce E-Verify. In other words, illegals are not going to be able to take jobs from Americans anymore.
