Al-Tamimi expressed his optimism about the implementation of the law soon after its publication in the official newspaper, because of its great benefits to the business process, especially that the past period has witnessed unscrupulous operations that caused the loss of millions of dollars on projects in which intermediaries exploited them in a grotesque manner.
