These days calls from some ministries and departments and provinces to revive and activate the projects stalled, but the question is: What are the reasons behind this stop ?.
The owners of these calls attribute the reason for the suspension of these projects to the lack of financial allocations .. The answer is true 100 percent and as long as the government is unable to provide customizations at the present time, why do these calls? .
But we look from another angle to the reasons for stopping because the allocations are not a single reason, but there is the government's conviction this stop in an attempt to stop the general waste of state funds .. How?
The previous phase has caused many errors in the process of direct implementation of projects at the local level because of the inaccurate selection of some of the executing companies.
Among these reasons, the selection of new and inexperienced contractors contributed to the spread of corruption; most importantly, they left work after catching money and were kept out of sight.
Moreover, the developments in urban designs, whether through the use of large areas randomly, led to the economic inefficiency of all suspended projects.
In such a case, the government is right not to allocate large sums of money to projects that are doomed to failure. Therefore, we believe that the government is not even prepared to think about these projects, especially that they are burdened with large debts to contractors who have completed their work to the fullest.
What are the owners of these calls?
It is necessary to reevaluate the actual need of new projects in light of the new phase data that will adopt foreign and domestic investment without any allocations. They should conduct new surveys of projects in light of the reality of the situation and propose the important projects according to priorities that touch the needs of citizens and then wait for allocations because the state is determined to build And reconstruction of the destroyer with the inclusion of all of Iraq, which has been affected by this way to waste money in the future and can not allow the state to double losses due to lack of planning and adoption of selectivity in the selection of projects.
And that Iraq is ahead of the stage of economic recovery and its requirements to channel financial resources towards achieving this recovery in line with the aspirations of the government to achieve the economic reform required to provide all citizens with the wealth of their country and sophisticated services and solid projects and infrastructure to accommodate the next economic recovery, otherwise it is more complicated but we hope With a bright future waiting for Iraq, "look forward to finding it
