    [rtl]Sumer News: The Finance Committee parliamentary, the allocation of the government about 90 - 100 trillion dinars for the budget next year.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The government will allocate 50 trillion dinars as salaries to state employees next year, as well as the allocation of 20 trillion dinars operational and 20 to 30 trillion dinars within the investment budget," Commission Rapporteur Ahmed Hama said in a statement.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added that "the sum of those amounts will be about 100 to 90 trillion dinars, the total budget next year," noting that "the financial crisis continues in Iraq despite some authorities."[/rtl]
    [rtl]"Government spending is still large compared to the challenge, which means dependence on external and internal loans to pay the budget deficit this year," he said.[/rtl]
